No one would deny that we live in a time of astounding technological development: in past centuries we have progressively learned to harness the forces and energies of nature in ingeniously useful ways, transforming the makeup of our cities and the practices of everyday life. But we also live today amidst a repertoire of secret technologies which many would still consider to be science fiction.
It is the military and secret service industry primarily of the United States of America responsible for these most advanced developments which remain confidential, off-market, usage restricted to those initiated into the highest levels of the complex. Some have reported or leaked knowledge of the use of even teleportation and the capacity to reverse the aging process in top-secret divisions. In this article I report upon another capacity developed out of the most advanced sciences of the brain; individuals around the world are experiences the effects of it: the recording, deciphering and transmission of electrical brain waves.
It’s a developing community of people referring to themselves as ‘targeted individuals‘ which brings these technologies to light. The common experience: hearing voices in one’s head that can read one’s mind and which comment upon, criticize or converse with a stream of consciousness. The hypothesis is this: that the American government has developed a satellite apparatus which picks up on brain waves emitted by individuals around the earth, interprets their thinking and in response remotely fires brain waves back at the individuals implanting thoughts or voices into their heads. Something like a thought police.
Skeptics will quickly cite that such experiences are noted to be characteristics of an illness called schizophrenia. But we have reason to believe that this diagnosis was specifically adopted to cover-up the use of the technology. For prior to about 1970 the term schizophrenia did not refer to hearing voices at all (rather referred to a general condition of mental disarray). While many individuals believe they are experiencing auditory hallucinations, hearing voices is most likely and most often specifically induced by individuals with access to this technology, with the purpose of inducing insanity, seeking control or running mind control experiments upon individuals. Which is exactly what targeted individuals report.
It is a criminal activity, an invasion of the privacy of the mind and nonconsensual remote experimentation upon human subjects. We must demand that our governments hold the perpetrators accountable. Yet the technology remains. Should such an apparatus be destroyed, or made open to the public and shared with the world? Or could the government use such a technology in socially beneficial ways? One way or another, when the public becomes aware that the technology and practices of brainwave surveillance and intervention exist, they will demand change.
